Billing¶
SpeakNode uses usage-based billing powered by GetLago.
Billing Model¶
Billing is based on voice minutes — the actual time spent in conversations with AI agents.
Subscriptions & Plans¶
Each space has a subscription plan that defines:
- Included voice minutes per billing period
- Overage pricing
- Feature access levels
- Agent limits
Usage Tracking¶
The platform tracks usage automatically:
- Every agent session records start and end time
- Duration is calculated and reported to GetLago
- GetLago aggregates usage against the plan
- Invoices are generated at the end of the billing period
Payment Processing¶
Payments are processed via Stripe integration:
- Automatic payment method sync
- Invoice generation and delivery
- Overage billing
Billing Management¶
In the admin panel:
- View current usage and remaining minutes
- Manage subscription plan
- View invoice history
- Update payment method
